The global crises of this moment have motivated organizers to forge global responses. This session will explore the state of international solidarity as well as organizing work designed to build transnational power. The NGOisation of social movement work over the last few decades has contributed to the proliferation of global campaigns but it has not positioned social movements to build power transnationally. From the fight for a free Palestine to the fight to Atlanta's Stop Cop City campaign, speakers will discuss their work and how they have chosen to confront the challenges of this moment, and build solidarity.
