SJI is hiring SJI Administrative Assistants and Preparators for our Chicago Justice Gallery.
Gallery Preparator Job Responsibilities: The Social Justice Initiative is seeking a temporary position of a Gallery Preparator. In this position, the Preparator will be responsible for constructing and installation and deinstallation of exhibits at the Chicago Justice Gallery. This person will remove vinyl and exhibition graphics. They also handle the careful removal of artwork in the gallery. They work under general supervision of the Lead Preparator and SJI Director of Communication.

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Open to Undergraduate students at UIC. Provide high-level administrative support to SJI staff. Assist in coordination with vendors and community partners for specific projects. Provide logistical support during the conference taking place in 2024. Provide support for communications campaigns with social justice themes. Schedule and organize social media posts with materials developed by SJI.
